World League Wrestling, Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This notice applies when you visit harleyrace.com or engage with WLW through sales, marketing, events or related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when requesting information, contacting us, signing up for our email newsletter, buying tickets or merchandise, or participating in our services. This may include your name, phone number, email address, and billing or shipping address.

2. Payments through PayPal

Ticket and merchandise purchases on harleyrace.com are processed by PayPal. When you check out, you enter your payment details directly with PayPal, not with WLW. WLW does not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers. PayPal shares with us the details needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, shipping address, the items purchased and the amount paid. PayPal’s handling of your information is governed by the PayPal Privacy Statement at paypal.com.

3. Email newsletter

If you sign up for WLW emails, we collect your email address and any other details you enter on the signup form. Our email list is managed by Sender (sender.net), which stores your information on our behalf and sends our emails. Sender may record whether emails are opened and which links are clicked, which helps us improve our messages. We use your email address only to send WLW news, event announcements, ticket information and promotions, and we do not sell your email address. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Information collected automatically

When you use the website, technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs and usage data may be collected for security and operation. With your permission, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may also collect information about website visits and interactions.

5. How information is used

Information may be used to process ticket and merchandise orders, deliver services, respond to inquiries, provide support, send newsletters and marketing emails to subscribers, administer promotions and improve the website.

6. Sharing and legal obligations

Information may be shared with consent, to deliver contracted services, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety or support a business transfer. WLW does not promise that online transmission or storage can be completely secure.

7. Cookies and retention

The website uses analytics and advertising cookies on every visit. Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, helps WLW understand how many people visit and which pages they view. The Meta Pixel helps WLW understand visits connected with Facebook and Instagram promotions. Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.

8. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also opt out of marketing emails and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You can unsubscribe from WLW emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting worldleaguewrestling@gmail.com. Browser-level Do Not Track signals may not be supported consistently.

9. Children

WLW does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
